Phyllis Scott is a dedicated real estate agent passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in Atlanta, GA, with a primary focus on the communities of Marietta, Acworth, and Woodstock. Her approach centers on truly listening to her clients’ needs and guiding them with expertise, care, and professionalism.

Before transitioning to real estate, Phyllis spent 20 years in the education field, where she developed a deep understanding of how to support and advocate for families. Inspired by the concerns and dreams she heard from her school community, she felt called to make a difference in the real estate world.

Since earning her real estate license, Phyllis has further enhanced her skills by obtaining certifications in Short Sales, Broker Price Opinions, and Seller and Buyer Representation. These qualifications, combined with her perseverance, dedication, and proven track record, equip her to make each real estate transaction a seamless and successful experience for her clients. She believes that the American Dream of homeownership is still within reach and is committed to helping her clients achieve it.

Outside of real estate, Phyllis enjoys spending time in the outdoors, fishing, and watching baseball—a sport that always brings fond memories of her father. Above all, family time remains her greatest joy and inspiration.
